Starter Plan
The Starter Plan includes access for 1 business location, up to 2 portal users, and up to 5 trainee seats. It includes intake questionnaire setup, a core SOP package, client portal access, document library access, service request functionality, email notifications, and 1 AI-generated SOP refresh per month.
Growth Plan
The Growth Plan includes all Starter Plan features, plus a full SOP package for 1 license type, up to 5 portal users, up to 25 trainee seats, training portal access, quizzes, certificates, merged PDF package downloads, priority support, and up to 5 SOP or document refreshes per month.
Pro Plan
The Pro Plan includes all Growth Plan features, plus up to 10 portal users, up to 75 trainee seats, DEI plan generation, PIP generation, expanded workflow support, monthly compliance review sessions, faster turnaround support, and up to 15 SOP or document refreshes per month.
Enterprise Plan
Enterprise Plans are custom and may include multi-location support, higher usage limits, expanded training access, consultant or reseller arrangements, custom reporting, custom workflows, and organization-specific onboarding or support terms.

Usage & Access
Additional trainee seats are billed monthly based on the quantity added beyond the seat limit included in the client's current subscription plan.
Additional portal users are billed monthly for each user added beyond the user limit included in the client's current subscription plan.
Additional licensed business locations are billed monthly and may require expanded onboarding, workflow configuration, and plan review depending on the number of locations requested.
Compliance
The Social Consumption Compliance Add-On includes setup and access related to Social Consumption-specific compliance materials, workflows, and operational support. Ongoing support, if selected, is billed monthly.
Individual SOPs, SOP packs, DEI plans, PIPs, and other document-related add-ons are billed either as one-time charges or as otherwise stated in the applicable order form.
Training & Support
Advisory sessions, inspection readiness reviews, rush revisions, and urgent turnaround services are add-on services billed separately from the client's subscription unless otherwise specified in writing.
Terms & Policies
Usage & Access Limitations
Client access is limited to the business entity, location count, user count, trainee count, and approved use cases associated with the client's plan and signed order or subscription terms. Unauthorized sharing, sublicensing, resale, or use of the platform or generated materials for unaffiliated third parties is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
Renewal & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. One-time onboarding, setup, and document generation fees are billed separately. Add-ons may be billed monthly, quarterly, or one-time depending on the service selected.
Custom Work & Enterprise
Custom integrations, consultant licensing, reseller access, white-label arrangements, multi-organization use, and enterprise workflow customization are subject to custom pricing and separate written approval.
